About Us

I have always been in service. My career started from an early age in the McDonald’s system and I later spread my wings to major sports and entertainment venues where, for over a decade, I observed and led teams that served thousands of customers a day. Those years were the training ground for me to understand what made people tick – customers and employees.

I believe everyone can serve in extraordinary ways and I believe everyone cares. However, sometimes people forget or get stuck in their heads because they are busy, distracted and stressed out. This is why all our work is underpinned with mindfulness practices and helping individuals get out of their heads and into their hearts.

ServiceQ® works with various business industries such as healthcare, mining and resources, finance, retail and energy. The commonality among these businesses is they want to improve the connection between employee and customer; therefore, we teach Service Habits that help them achieve this customer intimacy.

For leaders who have the task of driving business goals and achieving customer loyalty, the formula is simple: take care of your people so they will take care of your customers.

We’ve has grown steadily over the years, and although we have educated over 8,000 people, this is only the beginning.

Steve Taylor

Learning and Development Coordinator

Steve’s stakeholder management, project management and program evaluation are his superpowers! He brings creativity, planning and technical skills to the role. Steve has prior L&D experience in registered training organisations and a solid background in mindset, brain dominance and neuro-coaching.

Outside of work, Steve likes to keep physically and mentally fit and enjoys cycling and engaging in martial arts.

Taryn Johnston

She is committed to helping individuals and their teams connect to a conscious approach to leadership, so they can experience increased productivity, creativity and sustainability in the workplace.

Taryn is proud to be a member of the International Coach Guild, a certified Practitioner of Meta Dynamics™ and is an accredited Behavioural Profiling Consultant. She integrates the most up-to-date coaching practices with her background in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Intuitive Communication and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, in addition to drawing upon her years of experience in the Visual and Performing Arts to create dynamic and inspiring learning environments for her clients.

Mariam Mousa

Mariam brings over a decade of Industry expertise as an organisational psychologist, where she has dedicated her career to understanding how organisations fit into people’s lives.

Mariam spent six years as Air New Zealand’s Global Airports and Lounges Customer Experience Lead, and prior to that, as Ground Operations Global Airports Learning and Development Lead.

With a fundamental understanding on an empathetic and intellectual level, of how to foster inspired minds, Mariam uses her combined knowledge of human behaviour with intelligent research capability to drive change in organisations structures, practices and processes.

She is a Doctoral researcher, an author and a storyteller with a passion for making knowledge more accessible to the public.

Jennifer Crescenzo

Jennifer is an Emmy-award winning filmmaker and pioneering educator. She grew up in Washington D.C. where she developed a passion for journalism and went on to become a documentary filmmaker. Jennifer spent over a decade traveling the U.S. and the world and meeting leaders in government, business, education, and healthcare (as well as a few athletes and rockstars!) Interviewing people from so many walks of life taught her the power of a good question. Her films earned multiple awards because they helped viewers see familiar challenges from a different perspective and focussed on simple, actionable solutions.

Jennifer learned to use meditation to manage stress and became a trained yoga and meditation teacher. In 2010 she moved across the world to Melbourne and created her own suite of yoga and meditation training. Her facilitation style blends modern movement science, neuroscience, and principles from yoga and tai chi to help people enjoy better health, manage stress, and do what they love with more passion and purpose.

Jennifer has a BA in English and Communications from the University of Notre Dame and multiple certifications in movement science and meditation.

Jennifer’s diverse skill set has made her a sought-after coach and mentor for a range of businesses and clients.

Greg Sellar

Greg’s mission is to get people thinking and behaving in ways that lead to greater personal and professional accomplishment. As a speaker, facilitator, trainer and coach, he understands the holistic nature of individual and team performance.

Utilising his background as a former Nike-sponsored athlete, Greg specialises in mindset and performance coaching having spent the last 28 years helping over half a million individuals in 55 countries develop their skills and broaden their thinking. He has a degree in Exercise Science (B.Sp.Sc.), a Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time-Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy, and a Diploma in Coaching, Leadership & Mentoring.

Kellee Lewis

Kellee is passionate about people and facilitating transformations to elevate service culture and wellbeing.

She integrates her years of experience in Education, Leadership, Mindfulness and Human Development, and infuses heart and warmth to help people get out of their heads, improve their relationships and elevate their daily lives, professionally and personally.

With an innate capacity to engage and empower, Kellee crafts pathways for human connection, awareness, discovery, and growth, skillfully guiding clients to their desired destination.

Kellee has a Bachelor of Education and is a qualified Yoga Facilitator and Mindfulness Coach.
