We help organisations reimagine their service culture by developing conscious service leaders and engaged, human-centred teams. Our work lives where commercial performance meets human behaviour, leadership, communication and culture.
Our clients don’t want off-the-shelf training. They expect depth, presence, and real impact in the room, people who can hold space, not just run slides. (in fact in some cases we have no slides)
The kind of facilitation we do:
We design and deliver learning that:
- Builds deep human skills, connection, empathy, presence, emotional intelligence, contribution to others
- Centres on service as a way of being, not a script
- Works in both online and in-person formats, from focused 45-minute sessions to immersive 6-hour experiences
- Uses modular IP that can be expanded or contracted depending on the room, the brief and the moment
We are looking for facilitators who can sense the room, meet it where it’s at, and then move it.
We’re looking for facilitators who bring:
- 5+ years’ experience facilitating in corporate environments
- Strength in leadership, communication, behavioural change and/or coaching
- Recognised facilitation or coaching qualification (eg. TAE, coaching accreditation, NLP, or behavioural profiling certification such as eDISC/DiSC/HBDI)
- A grounded, steady presence that can hold a room with confidence and humanity – especially when things get messy or real
- Demonstrated experience working with complex client dynamics and diverse teams
- The ability to work with modular program components – expanding, contracting and adjusting content to suit timeframes (from 45 minutes to 6 hours), audiences and delivery modes (online and in-person)
- A visible commitment to their own ongoing craft as a facilitator; supervision, reflection, feedback, refinement
- Evidence they have “done their own work” enough self-awareness to embody the IP we teach: service, empathy, self-regulation, contribution to others
- Based in Melbourne or Sydney, with capacity for flexible contracting and travel
- A willingness to deeply learn and honour our programs and IP; not just “turn up and run slides”, but hold the intent, nuances and spirit behind the content
To apply, please send:
- Your CV, and
- A cover letter (max 1 page) telling us about one room you’ll never forget facilitating – what was at stake, what you did in the moment, and what it taught you about your style as a facilitator.
